Fun fact for today: let’s do two actually–
1. In our galaxy the Milky Way, there are between 200-400 BILLION stars. Scientists think there are billions of other galaxies with about the same amount of stars, so it’s a mind-boggling number.
2. A Space suit from NASA costs about $12 million dollars. Now, that’s a pricey suit!
As mind-blowing as those numbers are, GOD IS BIGGER. The God you believe in is bigger than billions of stars, and HE’S ON YOUR SIDE. The God of the Universe knows you exist and he loves you.
God made two big lights, the larger
Genesis 1:16-19 (MSG)
to take charge of Day,
The smaller to be in charge of Night;
and he made the stars.
God placed them in the heavenly sky
to light up Earth
And oversee Day and Night,
to separate light and dark.
God saw that it was good.
It was evening, it was morning—
Day Four.
Dear Lord, Thank you for being MY creator, my personal Lord and Savior. Amen.
