God uses the phrase “Be strong and courageous” at least 10 times in the Bible, multiple times to Joshua alone.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9 (NIV)

Last night was about not being intimidated by big things, in Joshua it’s a reminder that God is with you in any circumstance, and in any place you go. That means he’s with you now, in a normal summer day, but he’s with you in future plans too. So be bold, strong and courageous when you make decisions, because your God is with you wherever you go.

Dear Lord, Help me feel your presence, especially in making decisions when I’m not sure what to do. Thank you for being with me. Amen.
