Did you stop and think about God’s amazing world today? Did you wonder about something in creation? Were you in awe? If not, take a second now and think of something–maybe the moon is up where you are, or some stars. Maybe you can hear crickets or smell some sort of flower that blooms at night. Maybe all you have is a dark sky. We know that even that dark sky has millions of stars out there, and they’ve even learned more about black holes lately. God is in control of all of it, pretty amazing. Take a peek outside your window before bed and stop to be amazed by something.

For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.

Romans 1:20 (NLT)

Dear Lord, You are amazing. The sky, earth and everything in it are yours. And you know me and love me, and I get to be called a Child of God. That’s amazing. Thank you Lord, Amen.
