Angels Here : August 22, 2020
Today is National Be an Angel Day. We’re not talking about dressing up with wings and trying to fly out of your tree–it means to be kind to someone. Do you know anyone who is struggling right now? Can you be extra encouraging to someone today?
Think of your own week–was someone an angel to you this week? Were you struggling with something and someone else stepped in and made it better? How good did that feel?
Go out of your way and be kind to someone today, not because it’s easy, but because someone really needs it. Ask God to whisper their name to you.
The Lord set his throne up in heaven, and he rules over everything. 20 Angels, praise the Lord! You angels are the powerful soldiers who obey his commands. You listen to him and obey his commands. 21 Praise the Lord, all his armies. You are his servants, and you do what he wants. 22 Everything the Lord has made should praise him throughout the world that he rules!
