So we’re over halfway through OCT-ober, so we better do some fun facts for OCT-opus before the month is over. Did you know: octopus actually do not have 8 arms–they have 6 arms and 2 legs. Also, a baby octopus is the size of a flea when it’s born, octopus blood is blue and one more–octopus have three hearts. Interesting stuff, right?
In our society, we have sayings about having heart–we connect having a lot of heart as a hard worker, someone who never gives up, but also someone who is kind, and loving. So you could say that calling someone an octopus would be a nice thing? Having a lot of heart is good in your relationship with Jesus too–the ability to love more.
