Today is Father’s Day. Think about all the things your dad does for you–some you know about, some you may not even know.
Being a dad is the best job a guy could have, but there’s one part that’s pretty hard. Dads need to balance being your best friend and being your dad. Do you get what that means?
Most dads would love to play, and do everything to make you happy. But sometimes dads have to do things that are good for you, or things that challenge you, or even things that are opposite of what you want. The secret is that when a dad says no to you, they do it out of love. They do it because they are trying to make you into a good person, one with character.
So today, give your dad a break. Honor him, respect his decisions and love, love LOVE him.
